Using Reignat

Reignat provides privacy-friendly web analytics, realtime activity, visitor journeys, performance monitoring, funnels, public sharing, and related tools.

You may use Reignat only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for the websites, projects, users, and data you connect to Reignat.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs through your account, API keys, project settings, and installed tracking scripts.

If you invite team members, you are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and removing access when it is no longer needed.

Acceptable use

Do not use Reignat to track websites you do not own or operate, collect sensitive personal data, violate user privacy, overload the service, reverse engineer the platform, or interfere with other customers.

You may not use Reignat for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or security-invasive activity.

Billing and trials

Paid plans, trials, usage limits, renewal terms, taxes, and payment details are shown during checkout or inside your billing page.

If a plan includes usage limits, you are responsible for monitoring your usage. We may restrict, pause, or require an upgrade for usage that exceeds the plan limits.

Service changes

We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Reignat. We try to avoid disruptive changes and will communicate material changes when practical.

We may suspend or terminate access if an account creates risk, violates these terms, or uses the service in a way that harms Reignat or others.

Liability

Reignat is provided as-is and as-available. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free data, or that every event will be captured.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reignat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact information on the Reignat website or from your account area.

These pages describe Reignat's standard product and data practices. If your use case has special legal, regulatory, or contractual requirements, contact the Reignat team so we can review the right setup with you.
