Analytics event data
Reignat records web analytics events such as pageviews, custom events, referrers, paths, durations, browser, operating system, device, session, visitor identifier, and timestamps.
Geolocation is approximate and usually derived from IP context at ingest time, such as country, city, latitude, and longitude. It is used for aggregate location reporting and realtime maps.
Data we do not want
Customers should not send passwords, authentication tokens, payment card data, medical data, government identifiers, private messages, or sensitive personal information to Reignat.
If a URL path may contain sensitive values, customers should use blocked pages, masked pages, or their own application routing to avoid sending those values.
Project controls
Reignat includes controls for allowed hostnames, blocked IP addresses, blocked pages, masked pages, public stats, team access, API keys, and reporting timezone.
These controls help customers reduce unwanted data collection and keep analytics focused on useful traffic signals.
Data accuracy
Analytics data can be affected by browser settings, network conditions, ad blockers, bots, script loading, user privacy tools, and third-party service availability.
Reignat aims to show useful directional insights, but analytics numbers should not be treated as a perfect record of every user action.
Data access
Project owners and authorized team members can access project analytics according to their assigned roles.
Public stats pages are disabled by default. If enabled, visitors can see the public analytics views that the project owner chooses to share.
Retention and deletion
Analytics retention may vary by plan and operational needs. Customers may delete projects or request deletion of account-related data subject to legal and billing requirements.
Aggregated, anonymized, or security-related records may be retained when needed to operate, secure, and improve Reignat.
These pages describe Reignat's standard product and data practices. If your use case has special legal, regulatory, or contractual requirements, contact the Reignat team so we can review the right setup with you.
